The Blue House, approximately 75 m², sleeps 5, plus camping cots for infants. The house comprises an entrance hall, kitchen, living room with a double sofa bed and a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a dressing room, a bathroom, and a laundry room.

Access to the sea is via an external path that runs alongside the property, or directly from the garden using the steps carved into the natural stone: a dozen steps separate you from the beach.

The house also includes a covered veranda, a patio with a beach umbrella, a built-in barbecue area, and a second, larger patio that is less visible from the beach.

The Blue House, like the Red House, is fully equipped: Caltagirone dishes, crockery, a washing machine, a microwave, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and camping beds for the little ones. To see the floor plan, click here.
